OverviewLegacy Marketing Manager role within the Fundraising team at Anthony Nolan. This permanent, full-time position is based on a 35-hour week with hybrid working from Hampstead, London (2 days on-site).Salary: £43,260 - £46,350 per annum.Anthony Nolan is a Disability Confident and Living Wage accredited employer. All applicants must be able to demonstrate the right to work in the UK.Job SummaryAs a key role within the Fundraising Division, the Legacy Marketing Manager will work to achieve essential long-term legacy income to support people with blood cancer and blood disorders. You will shape and implement legacy marketing plans, develop an audience-centric and insight-driven legacy marketing programme to attract and steward potential legators, and oversee legacy administration with line management responsibility.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage our legacy fundraising, setting and achieving targets to grow long-term legacy income.Plan, develop and implement high-impact, audience-centric legacy marketing campaigns across channels (social media, digital, telemarketing, direct mail, events) to attract new legators, considerers and enquirers.Develop and implement compelling supporter journeys to steward potential legators.Ensure legacy marketing campaigns are managed efficiently and effectively.Track, report and benchmark results to inform future activity.Manage annual legacy income and oversee legacy administration, including external legacy admin support.Build and maintain sustainable relationships with the team, colleagues and external suppliers.Provide internal resources for learning about legacies to aid awareness.Collaborate to ensure integrated legacy marketing planning with wider teams: Individual Giving, other fundraising teams, the register team, marketing and content, and other colleagues to deliver the Fundraising strategic plan.Essential attributesExperience creating and managing large-scale, multi-channel, audience-centric and insight-led fundraising or marketing campaigns.Proven track record of achieving legacy fundraising success through integrated communications to individual supporters and effective donor stewardship.History of meeting targets within budget.Working understanding of legacies and legacy administration; experience with solicitors and online will writing partners.Experience producing financial analysis to improve lifetime value, including income and expenditure budgets and reforecasts.Experience in line management and coaching to achieve goals.Excellent written and verbal communication and project management skills.Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, Excel and First Class.Ability to understand, interpret and review plans based on complex information and situations.What’s in it for you?A competitive salary27 days annual leave, pension scheme, childcare vouchers, access to counselling via a 24-hour Employee Assistance ProgrammeA stimulating work environment with opportunities to learn and developLife Assurance of four times annual salaryTravel season ticket loan, Cycle to work SchemeAnd more (details on our Life at Anthony Nolan page)Please check out the full job description here, and read more about what to expect on the Our recruitment process page.Release your remarkable, join our team and give someone another chance to live.Anthony Nolan is a Disability Confident Committed and Living Wage accredited employer.All applicants must be able to demonstrate the right to work in the UK. #J-18808-Ljbffr
