The closing date for applications is 1 October.What a day might look likeAt the RSPCA, no two days are the same. As a Legacy Marketing Executive, you’ll contribute to building our future pipeline of support to enable us to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome animals for generations to come. Legacies are our largest income stream, and you will play a vital part in developing campaigns, supporter communications and the donor journey (Gifts in Wills) to sustain this work. For a full insight, please refer to the attached job description.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, manage and optimise multiple direct marketing campaigns and supporter communications to drive legacy pledges.Manage day-to-day relationships with agencies, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure delivery of campaigns and achievement of KPIs.Collaborate with Donor Development on joint acquisition and stewardship activity, including telemarketing and dynamic content mailings.Support the rollout of tailored conversion and stewardship programmes, helping to overcome barriers to Will-making and grow gift value.Contribute to strategic projects to optimise the Gifts in Will and In Memory supporter journey and stewardship programmes.Monitor and report campaign performance in line with plans and objectives, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.QualificationsExperience in project and campaign management, ideally within fundraising or marketing.Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage complex, multi-faceted pieces of work.Highly motivated with the ability to work on own initiative and problem-solve.Ability to develop new ideas and translate them into action plans.Proven stakeholder management experience, including working across teams and with external agencies.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in supporter or customer-facing communications.High attention to detail.Numerate with strong evaluation and analytical skills to measure impact and optimise future campaigns; experience using data in marketing is desirable.A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work under pressure with resilience and determination.Role detailsSalary: £24,582-28,921 per yearEmployment type: PermanentHours: Full-time (35 hours per week)Working hours: Monday – FridayLocation: Horsham, West Sussex (Hybrid role; 1–2 days per month in the Horsham office.
