With over 3,000 students across programmes in York, London and in partnership with national and international partners, our growing research profile, excellent teaching and learning, and welcoming inclusive ethos supports an exceptional student experience.The RoleWe are seeking an enthusiastic full-time Lecturer to contribute to our vibrant portfolios in both Fashion Marketing and Business Management, who can teach digital literacy across social media, AR, AI and User experience, and deliver quantitative research methods and other business management subjects. As a large school teaching a range of programmes, there are many opportunities to get involved in different subject areas and be part of a thriving and growing academic and research culture.Teach in a variety of settings across both subject areas, including small group tutorials/seminars and lectures.Assess students and provide pastoral and academic support.Develop a solid research profile in management or the related field.Required Skills and ExperienceExpertise in teaching Fashion Marketing and willingness to teach across Business Management at undergraduate level.Digital literacy in social media marketing; experience with AI, AR, and user experience is advantageous.Teaching experience in quantitative research methods and dissertation supervision; knowledge of general Business Management areas is preferred.Industry experience in Fashion Marketing is of interest.Additional InformationContact for informal candidate queries: Sarah Crabbe (S.Crabbe@yorksj.ac.uk).
