The Sales and Leasing Specialist will play a key role in supporting and delivering sales and leasing campaigns across our UK & Ireland portfolio. Working within the European Sales and Leasing team, alongside the UK central marketing functions, you’ll be a sales and leasing expert - leading, supporting and shaping the approach towards sales and propositions. This person will provide coaching and mentoring to the sales leaders within the cities, working closely with the central marketing team and the Area/City and Residence Managers to ensure consistency of best practice across all areas. You are a self-starter, relatively autonomous to work across multiple cities, and passionate about new projects, growth, and contributing to the business’s success.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Planning & Delivery: Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve 100% occupancy of direct let beds. Set phased sales targets based on marketing activity, prior year performance, and sales projections. Support in the development of rebooking incentives, monitoring conversion performance by property. Build momentum with property teams to maintain focus and motivation during peak sales periods. Deliver a sales strategy in collaboration with the marketing functions.
- Training and Best Practice Support: Support lead management training sessions with property teams to embed best practice in sales conversion. Support site teams with campaign knowledge and tools, driving continuous improvement in conversion rates. Develop sales aids, processes, and training materials to ensure a consistent sales and marketing experience.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with Customer and Property Management teams to align content, timing, and logistics of sales campaigns. Work closely with systems developers to improve the customer sales journey both online and offline. Partner with property teams, agents, and international contacts to maximise direct let sales opportunities. Collaborate with the international marketing team to support key incentives and campaigns for the international market. Support client engagement to communicate sales and marketing strategies and performance across the academic year cycle.
- Reporting & Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on sales campaign performance across regions and properties. Track rebooking and new booking performance, identifying opportunities to strengthen sales activity. Be the point of contact for external stakeholders to provide sales and leasing updates, and advise on campaign and strategy adjustments. Share insights with internal and external stakeholders to inform future sales strategies and support marketing campaigns.

Experience and Knowledge
- Essential: Track record of supporting sales and leasing performance in Student Accommodation.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills (internal and external).
- Good organisational and project management skills, with ability to manage multiple sales campaigns.
- Understanding of digital and offline sales channels, with ability to optimise customer journeys.
- Analytical skills with experience tracking sales performance and reporting insights.
- Ability and willingness to travel across regions and internationally as required.
