The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a B2B-focused Lead Generation Manager to join a forward-thinking organisation at the forefront of the energy-tech space. The role centres on driving lead generation through social engagement and thought leadership, while building meaningful relationships with decision-makers in target industries.
Ideal for a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in B2B content, community growth, and lead generation – especially on LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow and manage professional communities (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, forums)
- Engage industry leaders, decision-makers, and influencers to boost visibility and credibility
- Support brand authority through collaboration with experts and network outreach
- Develop social strategies that drive qualified leads into the pipeline
- Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM platforms to prospect effectively
- Monitor and optimise conversion rates, reporting on key performance indicators
- Align content strategy with sales and marketing goals, especially around ABM initiatives
- Ghostwrite or support the creation of thought leadership content
- Distribute high-value B2B materials – case studies, partnership updates, insights, and events
Candidate Profile
- Proven B2B lead generation experience (essential)
- Demonstrated experience with ghostwriting or crafting thought leadership content
- Proficient with LinkedIn (including Sales Navigator) and familiar with CRM systems
- Clear, engaging communicator – written and verbal
- Experience in a relevant role, ideally with experience in the energy sector (EV charging, solar, battery)
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience
