About the Role:
As the Lead Experience Service Manager, you will lead a team supporting the Association’s departments in delivering valuable propositions to our audiences. You will work with Experience Business Partners and Delivery Managers to ensure progress and manage incidents, maintaining an up-to-date experience service catalog. You will report to the Senior Director, Experience Management. This role can be remote as needed.
You Will:
- Lead a team in line with the Association’s Management Charter
- Perform as an Experience Service Manager, responding to incidents and service requests, maintaining the service catalog, communicating with stakeholders, managing governance, obtaining performance data, and providing education sessions to leadership
- Maintain SLA/OLA agreements with Proposition Owners and Department Leaders
- Monitor performance, coach the team, and report on service performance
You Have:
- Degree-level education
- Extensive experience in marketing, digital content management, or related fields
- Experience as a team leader
- Experience creating user-centric services and solutions
- Ability to set and monitor goals, and maintain team focus
