About the Role:
As the Lead Experience Service Manager, you will lead a team supporting the Association’s departments in delivering valuable propositions to our audiences. You will work with Experience Business Partners and Delivery Managers to ensure progress and manage incidents. You will also maintain an up-to-date experience service catalog. Reporting to the Senior Director, Experience Management, this role can be remote as needed.
You Will:
- Lead a team in line with the Association’s Management Charter
- Perform as an Experience Service Manager, responding to incidents and service requests, maintaining the service catalog, and communicating with stakeholders
- Manage governance of the experience service model
- Obtain performance data and provide education sessions to leadership
- Maintain SLA/OLA agreements and monitor team performance
- Report on service performance to leadership
You Have:
- Degree-level education
- Extensive experience in marketing or digital content management
- Leadership experience
- Experience creating user-centric services and solutions
- Ability to set and monitor goals and motivate the team
