We also partner with universities, Erasmus programs, and NGOs to help learners experience the full diversity of Francophone cultures. About The Role You’re a creative marketing mind helping us tell our story, with words, visuals, humor and strategy. You will own copywriting and light creative execution across ads, social, landing pages, and email. You'll work directly with our CEO and collaborate with designers, video creators, and ad specialists. As the company grows, you'll help define our brand voice and creative strategy, eventually leading a small marketing team. What You’ll Do
Copy & Creative Execution — Write clear, compelling copy for ads (Meta, TikTok, Google), landing pages, and social media; Build and update WordPress pages (headlines, layout tweaks, CTAs, blog articles); Create light visuals (thumbnails, mockups, simple graphics) when needed; Maintain consistent tone and branding across all channels. Email & CRM — Write and schedule weekly newsletters, onboarding, and retention sequences in ActiveCampaign; Segment audiences and improve deliverability & engagement over time. Content & SEO — Research and write short SEO articles about French culture and language learning; Update meta tags, internal linking, and keyword optimization; Track performance through Google Analytics and Search Console. Collaboration & Strategy — Work with the CEO on messaging and creative direction; Brainstorm campaigns around cultural themes (wine, food, literature, dating, etc.); Coordinate with the ad specialist and designer to bring campaigns to life.
Requirements
4–6+ years of experience in marketing or growth‑oriented copywriting. Excellent writing and storytelling skills with proper marketing understanding; your words convert and inspire. Comfortable doing light page edits in WordPress and building emails in ActiveCampaign. Familiar with SEO fundamentals (keyword intent, on‑page optimization, readability). Basic design sense (you know what looks good and how to fix what doesn’t). Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently. Native or near‑native English; knowledge of French or Francophone culture is a big plus.
