The Company: A highly successful and growing Asset Management firm. The Role: THIS IS A 12 MONTH FTC ROLE - POTENTIAL TO GO PERMANENT The Junior RFP Writer will sit within the Marketing team of the Asset Management firm and will be responsible for assisting in the production and update of Request for Proposal (RFP) documents (fund questionnaires), due diligence questionnaires and internal and external RFP databases for the Asset Management firms range of funds, trusts and portfolios. The Junior RFP Writer will ensure timely and accurate completion of Investment RFPs, due diligence and other related requests submitted to the RFP team from external companies. Ensure timely update of external RFP and databases as required (e.g. eVestment, Asset Q, Door). The Junior RFP Writer will manage the process of completion of such requests through liaising with other business units in the Asset Management firm (e.g. investment, compliance, operations, responsible investing, legal, operations and information services teams) for required SME input to ensure delivery of completed RFPs to agreed deadlines, produce regular reporting on progress and status The Junior RFP Writer will update the internal RFP database and will regularly review and update of the Asset Management firms own generic RFP documents across the Fund product range. Support in responding to other client requests for information, questionnaires, award submissions and operational questionnaires. The Candidate 1-2 years experience of working in a similar RFP, Sales Support, Investor Relations role

or similar working with RFP/Investment Databases, within the Investment Management industry. Educated to degree level or equivalent Understanding of FCA compliance rules and the principles of Consumer Duty Ability to plan own workload effectively and to work under pressure.
