The Role This is a great opportunity for someone who is excited by content creation and design. What matters to us most is your curiosity, creativity and willingness to learn. You’ll support our marketing team by helping to bring our projects, perspectives and studio life to audiences online. Key Responsibilities
Create and schedule engaging content for our social media channels, helping to showcase our projects and studio culture Use Canva to design simple, on‑brand visuals for posts, stories and other digital content Capture behind‑the‑scenes moments from the studio and on‑site visits to bring our installs to life online Research design trends, ideas and fresh ways of presenting our work on social channels Assist in writing copy that reflects our studio's personality and the stories behind our projects Support the marketing team with general admin related to content creation (image libraries, content planning, captions)

A genuine love of interiors, design, and social media Someone curious, creative and eager to learn An eye for detail and a flair for visual storytelling Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Canva or similar design tools Strong written communication and a positive, proactive approach

Entry requirements GCSE in Maths and English at Grade 4/C or above is essential Previous examples of graphic design work is desired, this could be from work experience, education or personal projects. Training to be provided You will be completing Level 3 Multi‑Channel Marketer Apprentice. As a Multi‑Channel Marketer Apprentice, you help with planning, creating and implementing impactful marketing campaigns across digital platforms. As part of the marketing team, the multi‑channel marketers will contribute to the implementation of the marketing strategy and plans. You will be responsible for delivering day‑to‑day marketing activities across a multitude of platforms, channels and systems that are essential to the marketing function and activities of the company. Training is a blended learning delivery model Online learning, classroom sessions, work‑based training, independent research, workplace projects, one‑to‑one support and training.
