I am recruiting for a Private Equity backed housing provider who are looking for a Head of Sales and Marketing to join their leadership team on an interim basis. This role is to cover a period of sickness but is still a great opportunity to really help grow and develop the Sales and Marketing function ensuring the delivery of sales targets, customer satisfaction, and strategic marketing initiatives. Due to the speed of growth within the organisation, longer term opportunities should not be ruled out. It is essential that applicants have experience/knowledge of shared ownership sales and staircasing.Key focuses will include:Design and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leadsMonitor and analyse sales performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies to optimise resultsEstablish competitive pricing strategies and ensure accurate sales forecasting and pipeline managementEnsure high levels of customer service from initial enquiries through to post-sale supportPrepare and present regular sales and marketing performance reports to the board and senior leadershipManage the sales and marketing budget to ensure maximum ROICreate marketing collateral, brochures, and digital content that appeals to prospective buyersEnsure consistency in messaging, branding, and content creation across all platformsPlan and execute marketing campaigns (both digital and offline)Schedule all social contentRegularly update the website, optimising for SEOAnalyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to ensure the company’s offerings are competitive and aligned with demandEvaluate customer feedback, customer research, market conditions, competitor dataLead and manage a team of 3I am looking for someone who has previous experience in a Sales and Marketing Manager/Head of role with experience in house building, and/or property development; a proven track record in managing and developing a team and someone who is familiar with working in a growing SME environment.
