This is a 12-month fixed term contract starting mid-October time. Please get in touch if this sounds interesting.Some of the key responsibilities include:Leading the operations and management helping develop the organisations communications and marketing functionsEnsuring marketing and communications is based on audience insight and evaluated against key metricsLead the planning and delivery of proactive and responsive marketing and communications across all channels – earned, owned and paidIdentify and manage reputational risks, advising on and enacting mitigation strategiesBe a proactive and collaborative member of the directorate, embodying the organisations values and leading by exampleSupport on commercial development and opportunities for promotion, including contribution to competitor analysis, assessments of best practice, and future opportunitiesProvide strategic messaging for comms and campaigns leading from the front.The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:Worked with a health membership or similar environmentExcellent experience of stakeholder engagement (internal and external)Strong writing skillsExperience in managing corporate communications, including media relations, overseeing digital communications, including website content, email marketing, social media strategy and use of analytics to drive engagement.This is a 12 month fixed term contract paying up to £69,000 with a hybrid working policy in London (40% over the month)We are committed to diverse and inclusive recruitment practises that ensure equal opportunity for everyone, regardless of race, sexual orientation, mental or physical disability, age or gender.
