Pilates by Bryony is a fast-growing wellness brand with a mission to empower our global community through movement, mindset, and inner confidence. We’re looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Influencer Marketing & PR Manager to help us grow our reach, deepen our impact, and share our story with the world.

The Role

• Build and manage authentic influencer and ambassador partnerships
• Lead PR outreach and secure press coverage across wellness, lifestyle, and fitness media
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for launches, challenges, retreats, and events
• Manage press and influencer events that feel inspiring and on-brand
• Work with Brand Manager for Community Event support
• Keep our media kit, campaign materials, and external storytelling fresh and impactful
• Work closely with our Founder & Creative Director (Bryony) and Brand Manager to ensure everything we put out reflects the heart of Pilates by Bryony

What We’re Looking For

• 2 + years’ experience in influencer marketing, PR, or partnerships (wellness/lifestyle preferred)
• A natural networker with strong media contacts and influencer relationships
• Strong communication and copywriting skills (press pitches, newsletters, campaign messaging)
• Creative, organised, and able to manage multiple projects with ease
• Passionate about wellness, fitness, and building community
• Someone that is a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset with a lot of energy!
