We are growing rapidly and looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager who lives and breathes social media!As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be in charge of onboarding influencers towards specific marketing goals. You will develop compelling strategies to leverage influencer activity towards measurable KPIs, and build strong business relationships with the prominent influencers. You will also have the ability to build and maintain new activities and relationships independently; have both great interpersonal and negotiation skills, and possess a strong affinity to social media trends and innovations.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute Influencer Marketing strategiesSearch, vet, negotiate, and onboard influencers based on said strategyBuild relationships with prominent influencersResearch relevant industry experts, competitors, target audiences, and usersBrainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaignsBe involved in emerging trends, technologies, and influencersRequirements1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within a digital marketing agencyStrong understanding of influencer marketing trends and social media platformsVery strong analytical skills with a data driven mindsetNative English speaker- A must. Another language – advantageCreative thinker with the ability to develop innovative influencer strategiesResults-oriented mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and colleaguesExcellent project management and organizational skills with great presentation skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
