The Role
We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Lead to join a leading influencer marketing agency and take ownership of large-scale campaigns at the intersection of sport and creator culture.
This is a senior leadership role where you’ll lead multi-million-pound campaigns for major brands, partnering with both athletes and creators to deliver work that captures attention across the country and the continent.
You’ll be responsible for setting strategy, pitching bold ideas, managing client relationships, and overseeing delivery at the highest level. If you live and breathe sport and influencer culture, and want to help build an ambitious agency offering from the ground up, this role offers the platform to do it.
Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end strategy, development, and delivery of major influencer and talent-led campaigns, ensuring all work meets client objectives while pushing creative boundaries.
Take ownership of client relationships at the highest level, acting as a trusted strategic advisor while driving both day-to-day delivery and long-term partnership growth.
Develop and pitch bold, commercially-effective campaign ideas that integrate content, culture, and talent, ensuring they resonate with audiences and gain national attention.
Oversee large-scale campaign budgets, managing financial planning, resourcing, and profitability while maintaining delivery standards of the highest quality.
Identify, cast, and negotiate with top-tier talent across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and the sporting world, building the right mix of creators and athletes for each campaign.
Manage and inspire a team across creative, talent partnerships, and delivery, fostering collaboration and ensuring everyone is aligned behind campaign objectives.
Collaborate with production, creative, and strategy teams to ensure campaigns run seamlessly from concept to execution.
Monitor campaign performance closely, using data-driven insights to optimise results, demonstrate ROI, and inform future strategy.
Build and maintain a strong personal network of creators, agents, talent managers, and brand partners across the sports and influencer ecosystem.
What We're Looking For
Proven track record leading large-scale influencer or talent-led campaigns, ideally within sport, entertainment, and culture.
Experience building and managing high-level client relationships, including strategic planning and business growth.
Deep understanding of UK sport — especially football — alongside a strong knowledge of the creator economy.
A wide network of creators, talent, and industry contacts across social platforms and sport.
Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams and guiding projects through from concept to delivery.
Excellent commercial acumen, with the ability to balance creativity, performance, and ROI.
A passion for sport, culture, and influencer marketing — with the drive to help build one of the UK’s leading agencies in this space.
