The team is responsible for discovering and managing talent of all sizes and across all platforms to drive traffic, awareness and sales through campaign activations.As an Influencer Marketing Executive working across our DACH territory you will report to the Influencer Marketing Manager, supporting the creation of a world class influencer marketing strategy and helping to deliver a partnership strategy that supports growth of the business from a brand and commercial perspective.Key responsibilitiesSupport the Influencer Marketing team in executing influencer marketing strategies within the DACH region.Assist with identifying and building relationships with influencers and content creatorsCoordinate influencer partnerships and collaborationsExciting opportunity to travel across the DACH region and support our team in organising key eventsMonitor and analyse influencer campaign performance and provide insightsAssist in preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholdersStay up to date on industry trends and competitor activitiesSupport the team with day to day administrative tasksCandidate requirementsMust be fluent in German (both written and spoken)Preferably degree qualified within a Marketing discipline, Modern Languages or related fieldInterest in beauty and influencer marketingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Flexible and eager to learnPrevious experience in influencer marketing is a plusBenefits25 days holiday plus bank holidaysAuto Enrolment Pension SchemeStaff discount across our brands (CurrentBody, ZIIP & Tria)Perks at Work – discounts across partner brandsHybrid working – home working for everyone on WednesdaysFree On-site parkingSupported StudiesEmployee Assistance Program SchemeRegular Social EventsOn-site subsidised gym (Alderley Park HQ)Cycle to Work SchemeElectric Vehicle SchemeSubsidised Travel from Manchester via Zeelo AppWhat happens next?Our talent acquisition team will be in touch if you’re successful so keep an eye on your emails.
