HR Assistant – Great career prospects. Media & Marketing Industry

Join one of London's leading HR consultancies specialising in the advertising, media and marketing industry. This role offers a graduate (or equivalent) with previous HR or recruitment admin experience the chance to develop generalist HR skills working across exciting clients.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including placing adverts, collating CVs, and organising interviews
  • Update and carry out new starter and induction processes
  • Maintain HR records and manage databases
  • Liaise with clients at all levels
  • Assist with setting up and running appraisals
  • Act as first point of contact for all HR related queries

Qualifications

  • Degree educated or equivalent with ~12 months previous HR or recruitment experience (ideally in creative industries but open)
  • Interested in a long‑term career in HR
  • Curious about learning more about media, marketing and communications industry
  • Able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communications skills together with an outgoing, proactive and intelligent approach
