The Role

As Head of Marketing reporting into the CEO, you’ll oversee a multi-channel approach, from influencer and social campaigns to paid performance and PR within our UK market, as well as supporting our global markets (non-US) in their growth ambitions. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who’s hands-on, data-driven, and a proven track record in brand building and commercial marketing.

In this role you’ll get

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the UK marketing strategy aligned with global business objectives and commercial goals
• Campaign Development: Lead the planning and execution of 360° marketing campaigns, including digital, social, PR, influencer, retail, and experiential
• Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity, accountability, and collaboration
• Budget Management: Own the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and ROI tracking
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product and Global teams to drive launches, calendar planning & execution
• Reporting & Insights: Monitor key growth indicators, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive performance improvement
• Distributor Marketing Support: Share best practices and campaign learnings across global distributor markets to continuously optimize marketing effort

What we are looking for in you

• 7+ years marketing experience within the beauty, cosmetics, or personal care industry
• Strong understanding of UK retail and e-commerce landscape
• Demonstrated success in brand building, campaign execution, and team leadership
• Proven track record managing marketing budgets and delivering commercial results
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation ability
• Experience managing agencies and external partners
• Passion for beauty, innovation, and consumer-centric market
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to join quickly and make an immediate impact in a contract role
• Experience working across Amazon ecosystem preferred but not essential
