Head of Sales & Marketing

This role blends commercial leadership with deep technical marketing expertise, driving growth through data-driven campaigns, product positioning, and customer engagement across the energy sector.
Your key responsibilities will include: Selling technical solutions Developing a deep understanding of the product portfolio, including technical specifications, applications and competitive advantages. Engaging with customers engineering and technical teams to identify needs, propose tailored solutions and address technical queries. Delivering technical presentations, product demonstrations and hands-on workshops to showcase capabilities. Translating complex technical concepts into clear value propositions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Budgeting & P&L Management with ROI analysis. Identifying new business opportunities, conducting market analysis and supporting product development initiatives. Leading, developing, managing and mentoring sales engineers and technical sales teams. Some international travel as and when required. Were looking for a Head of Sales & Marketing with: Proven track record in a technical sales or sales engineering role. Strong technical background (e.g., degree in engineering, physics, or related field). Experience selling complex, engineered solutions to technical buyers. Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience in strategic Marketing and campaign execution. Experience working with international clients and project
desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into commercial language. Experience in developing high-performance teams.
