We’re looking for an experienced Head of Sales & Marketing to join a growing SaaS business focused on Retail and EPOS solutions. This is a pivotal role for a hands‑on senior commercial leader with deep experience in Retail SaaS / EPOS platforms — someone who has scaled sales and marketing organisations across multiple regions and understands the dynamics of multi‑site retail.

Lead Sales & Marketing for a SaaS business within a global portfolio Build, coach, and scale a multi‑regional sales and marketing team across the UK, Nordics, and wider EMEA Own the revenue and brand growth agenda, aligning commercial strategy with long‑term business objectives Position the business as a leading SaaS / EPOS solution for multi‑site retailers and enterprise accounts
What we’re looking for: 10–15 years of SaaS Sales & Marketing experience with a strong focus in Retail SaaS / EPOS Deep understanding of multi‑site retail environments and SaaS sales cycles across international markets A hands‑on, data‑driven approach — someone who can set strategy, build teams, and lead from the front with key accounts A proven track record of managing multi‑regional sales and marketing organisations (UK, Nordics, DACH, etc.) Commercially astute, adept at aligning Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success for revenue growth and operational excellence
