Overview

We’re seeking an experienced head of new sales & marketing to lead our regional sales team and deliver outstanding results across a multi-tenure housing portfolio. This is a high-profile role with responsibility for financial performance, customer experience, and brand impact — from site launch to completion. This role is permanent and full time. You can be based from either of our offices in Wolverhampton or Tewkesbury, with regular travel across the midlands.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading and motivating a high-performing regional sales team, taking ownership of delivery across all sales tenures.
  • Driving forward sales, forward reservations, completions and customer satisfaction against ambitious targets.
  • Developing and executing an insight-led sales and marketing strategy in collaboration with our central marketing team.
  • Enhancing the buying journey through innovation, digital tools and customer engagement strategies.
  • Embedding robust, compliant and customer-focused processes across the sales function.
  • Coaching and developing colleagues, building capability and accountability, and creating a culture of continual improvement.
  • Applying strong financial and commercial leadership to influence wider business strategy, manage budgets, and mitigate risk.

What We’re Looking For

  • A proven track record of leading successful sales teams in the housing association or housebuilding sectors.
  • Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyse budgets, forecasts and performance.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, confident engaging at executive and board level.
  • Skilled in coaching, mentoring and motivating teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of multi-tenure sales, marketing strategies and the conveyancing process.
  • Full UK driving licence, with the ability to complete a basic DBS and consumer check.
  • Flexibility to support on sites at weekends when required.
