Now, as we enter a new and exciting phase of strategic development, we’re searching for a Head of Sales & Marketing to join our senior leadership team and drive our commercial vision forward.

Responsibilities

• Lead a growing sales team, develop and deliver integrated marketing strategies, and work across the business to shape how we reach, convert, and retain customers.
• Develop and execute commercial initiatives to drive growth and performance.
• Collaborate across departments to align sales and marketing with business objectives.
• Write strategy and bring fresh ideas to the table; identify untapped opportunities and new approaches.

Qualifications / Experience

• Experience in both eCommerce and technical field sales is highly desirable.
• Strong strategic thinking with hands-on, energetic leadership.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment and to influence at senior levels.
