The Role - Head of Sales & Marketing
As Head of Sales & Marketing you will lead a talented multi-disciplinary team that functions across marketing, communications, digital, brand and sales. You will shape and deliver integrated campaigns that drive sales, bolster and engage the community whilst driving commercial revenue and brand profile. Working strategically with senior colleagues, you’ll be responsible for creating innovative marketing approaches, building partnerships and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies to enhance visibility and audience engagement across both revenue streams
* Leading campaigns across digital, social, print, outdoor and broadcast channels
* Overseeing brand development and positioning locally and nationally
* Managing PR and media relations to drive awareness
* Driving sales, community growth and commercial revenue in line with targets
* Leading and motivating a team of managers across marketing, communications and sales functions
Your Background – Head of Sales & Marketing
* Significant experience in marketing and sales leadership roles, ideally within a consumer-focused or multi-site environment - experience in the cultural sector would be great, too!
* Track record of delivering successful integrated campaigns across multiple channels
* Strong people management skills with the ability to lead, inspire and develop teams
* Excellent knowledge of communications, PR and media engagement
* Experience in budget management and commercial growth strategies
* A keen eye for detail and a knack with data
