Responsibilities
- Execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for HSBC's branch network to support customer growth and business objectives.
- Oversee design and delivery of all branch marketing materials, signage, customer communications, and promotional campaigns.
- Work in close partnership with our marketing strategy and front line teams, ensuring brand consistency while delivering localised relevance.
- Identify opportunities to build capability within the team, through coaching and skill building.
- Track and report on marketing KPIs including footfall, campaign ROI, customer engagement and conversion.
Role details
This is a new role which allows you to make a difference. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that support HSBC's branch network in driving footfall, brand engagement and customer acquisition. You will oversee local marketing initiatives, requirements, and understanding of Marketing needs in the wider business to build stronger relationships with key stakeholders. This role is hybrid and can be based in Birmingham, Leeds, Sheffield or Chester (3 days a week).
Qualifications
- Demonstrable marketing experience at a strategic level, including leadership roles ideally in banking but will also consider wider retail.
- Proven success in delivering local or regional marketing strategies in a complex, regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of physical retail environments and customer behaviour in branch settings.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to build effective networks across business areas, with the ability to influence and challenge when required.
- Ability to connect marketing solutions to the needs and goals of the business.
