As we continue our transformation into a broader digital audio business, the Digital Advisory team is central to achieving long-term goals of audience growth, digital innovation, and brand development.

You’ll be joining our Digital Marketing Advisory team – a small but mighty group embedded in Bauer’s largest digital transformation initiative. We work across nine European markets to shape how audiences discover and engage with digital audio products. From podcasts to app-based subscriptions, we’re building the future of audio – and you’ll be at the centre of it. 

The Difference You Will Make 

This newly created role is a strategic opportunity to build and scale Bauer’s product marketing capability across our digital audio portfolio. As an individual contributor, you’ll define frameworks, coach market teams, and directly support go-to-market campaigns that drive audience acquisition, engagement, subscriptions, and revenue. 
 
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across Product, CRM, Consumer Insight, and Digital Marketing, influencing how we launch, grow, and optimise digital audio experiences across nine diverse markets. 

Your Role 

You’ll lead the development of product marketing strategy across Bauer’s digital audio products, acting as a centre of excellence and hands-on partner to support local market execution.

Responsibilities include but not limited to: 

  • Define cross-market product marketing frameworks, playbooks, and test-and-learn models. 
  • Partner with market leads to assess capability and provide coaching and templates. 
  • Support go-to-market campaigns for product launches, subscriptions, and podcast growth. 
  • Lead campaign strategy, media planning, creative testing, and optimisation. 
  • Build and embed performance metrics (., acquisition, retention, churn, LTV). 
  • Collaborate with data teams to integrate analytics into dashboards. 
  • Drive targeted acquisition and retention campaigns for subscription products. 
  • The Skills You Will Bring 

    Required: 

  • Proven experience in digital product marketing and go-to-market strategy. 
  • Strong consumer-facing campaign experience across digital channels. 
  • Ability to build scalable frameworks and support execution. 
  • Data-literate with experience in performance measurement and insight interpretation. 
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills. 
  • Experience in funnel management and digital storytelling. 
  • Comfortable working across multiple markets in an advisory capacity. 
  • Desired: 

  • Experience in media, content, audio, gaming, or telco sectors. 
  • In-house experience preferred over agency background. 
  • Familiarity with subscription-based digital products and tools like Braze or GA4. 
  • Working Pattern / Location 

    UK-based hybrid role. You’ll attend the office a few times per month.
