About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity to build and lead the entire product marketing function from the ground up. You’ll define how the brand tells its story, how products are positioned in the market, and how customers connect with the mission behind them.
You’ll work across brand, product, and ecommerce. Blending creativity, data, and strategy to deliver impactful campaigns that drive awareness, growth, and loyalty. About the Person
You’re a strategic thinker with a creative streak. A marketer who thrives on both storytelling and analytics. You’re equally comfortable in high-level brand strategy discussions as you are optimising a conversion funnel. You love seeing ideas turn into tangible results and are energised by fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
You’ll likely have:
- 7+ years’ experience in product marketing, brand management or ecommerce.
- A background in consumer electronics, D2C, lifestyle, or tech-based products.
- A proven track record in launching new products and scaling brands.
- Strong experience in ecommerce performance, including A/B testing and analytics.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify and inspire.
- A data-driven mindset combined with commercial intuition.
- A genuine passion for sustainability, design, and innovation.
Key Skills & Experience
- Lead all aspects of product marketing from pre-launch positioning to post-launch growth.
- Develop and deliver integrated go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
- Drive ecommerce growth through data-led optimisation and customer journey design.
- Build compelling brand and product narratives that engage and inspire.
- Oversee visual identity, brand guidelines, and messaging across all touchpoints.
- Manage performance marketing, social media, influencer campaigns, PR, and email marketing.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and commercial teams to align customer insight with product development.
- Define and track success metrics across acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends and technologies to keep the brand at the forefront of innovation.
