Develop and execute a comprehensive sales, product and marketing strategy aligned with business and product sales cycles.
Lead and motivate the product and marketing team to meet and exceed company targets.
Deliver brand consistency and direction in collaboration with key stakeholders
Oversee the marketing team to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and initiatives
Oversee product development and ensure key product is being utilised across each revenue stream Manage margins made through the online and offline functions of the business
Manage commercial relationships with suppliers ensuring Inspire are getting the best possible commercial deals in the market
To support training of the Sales team and ensure continuous commercial awareness
Manage airline and ground relationships and assist with implementation of new suppliers
Lead and manage the product team, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives and commercial goals.
Research and analyse competitor data, offering feedback to the homeworking/key stakeholders on any potential opportunities
Manage the partnership with the external social media agency to align with brand and business goals.
Manage annual marketing/commercial budgets
Ensure our product/marketing offers are industry leading
Support the development of our systems in order to enhance the customer journey.
Responsible for website content, design and offers
Review and approve all branded materials to ensure alignment with Inspire standards.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and training sessions with team members.
Pro-actively offer advice and support across the team for all ITA’s (Independent Travel Agents).
Driving commercial income across all revenue schemes across the business.
A passion for travel with proven experience in the travel industry is essential
Relevant and up to date knowledge of UK Travel practices and seasonal demands with the requirement for continual self-learning
Relevant and up to date knowledge of dynamic packaging – airlines, ground handlers and hotels
Highly organised with excellent prioritisation skills and the ability to maintain strong performance in a dynamic environment
