Head of Performance Marketing

Job Summary

We're really excited to be partnered with one of the UK's leading financial services platforms in the search for their new Head of Performance Marketing. This is a rare opportunity to step into a newly created leadership position and make a significant impact on their business.

Reporting to and working closely with the Marketing Director, you'll be a key player in developing and executing their performance marketing strategy, building and leading a team of up to 11 direct reports and leading budgets of up to £20m. We're looking for a strategic leader to drive measurable growth through data-driven marketing across a wide range of channels, including paid search, SEO, paid social, display, programmatic and affiliate marketing.

If you have a deep understanding of digital marketing tactics, data analytics and customer acquisition, ideally within a B2C professional or financial services background, we want to hear from you!

Location & Workplace Policy

• Bristol

• Flexible, hybrid working pattern, 2 days office

Salary & Benefits

• £120,000 - £140,000 per annum
• Discretionary annual bonus, annual pay reviews, 25 days holiday with the option to buy more, pension, private medical, enhanced parental leave, health care cash plans, wellness hub, subsidised deli, two paid volunteering days annually
