Your Role

Your mission as Head of Performance Marketing is to get Melotech in front of every person on the planet through scalable performance marketing across all major platforms. You will determine how ads can dominate TikTok or Snapchat, convert effectively on Instagram or Facebook, and arbitrage keywords at scale on Google and YouTube. You will lead with AI-enabled, rapid campaign launches and work autonomously alongside the founder and team. Your decisions will directly influence the company’s success. On a typical day, you may:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive brand, targeting, and content strategy optimized for paid marketing.
  • Set up and manage thousands of promotional campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and other platforms.
  • Build and scale creative production workflows to generate endless content variations with the help of AI.
  • Optimize campaign performance through large-scale A/B testing to maximize reach, conversion, and revenue.
  • Stay ahead of trends across social media platforms to lead the curve in our creatives.
  • Build comprehensive libraries of visual assets, prompts, and workflows for rapid content iteration.
  • Manage partners in a scalable yet productive manner.
  • Collaborate with our engineering team to optimize processes, systems, and outputs.

Who You Are

You're a performance marketing powerhouse with extensive experience in paid ads. You manage hundreds of simultaneous campaigns while maintaining creativity and attention to detail. A typical profile includes:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Mathematics, or related quantitative field
  • 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, preferably in creative industry or entertainment marketing
  • Expert-level proficiency across Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and Snapchat Ads
  • Proven track record managing 100+ simultaneous campaigns and conducting large-scale A/B testing on audio/video content
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret streaming data and make rapid campaign optimization decisions
  • Self-directed approach thriving in fast-paced, metric-driven environments focused on cultural impact
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and performance-oriented environment

What The Process Will Look Like

We hire on a rolling basis. Earliest starting date is ASAP. The process may progress from start to offer within a week, depending on how quickly you move through each stage:

  • Online assessment: Motivational questionnaire and aptitude test
  • Initial interview: 30-minute introductory call
  • Take-home case study: Real-world project to showcase your skills
  • Case interview: 90-minute case discussion with a team member
  • Founder interview: 90-minute session with our CEO
  • Team interview: Individual or group interview with other team members
  • Offer, contract signing, and onboarding

Note: As we are still in stealth, you will learn more about Melotech as you progress through the stages. By the end of the Founder interview, you will have a full grasp of our business and your role.
