    Job Description

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive awareness, loyalty and growth across both digital channels and restaurant portfolio
  • Lead and manage partnerships strategy to enhance brand visibility.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social, partnerships
  • Use data insights to track campaign performance and optimise strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging, including operations, store teams and culinary
  • Drive engagement and loyalty through innovative marketing approaches.
  • The Successful Applicant

  • Demonstrable marketing experience, ideally in the F&B, hospitality or consumer lifestyle space - with experience gained both in an established environment and in a scale up space
  • Strong expertise in managing marketing campaigns and agency relationships.
  • Track record of building and scaling brands - both strategic and hands-on delivery
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire and align teams.
  • Very data - driven - analytical skills to interpret data and inform strategic decisions.
  • A deep understanding of market trends and consumer behaviours in the F&B / FMCG space
