Due to a huge expansion plan, theyre now able to recruit an innovative and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead their marketing efforts and take the business to the next stage of growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the companys growth objectives and target audience.
- Strategic Marketing Planning: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for expansion and differentiation in the competitive landscape.
- Team Leadership and Development: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
- Team Leadership and Development: Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the marketing team.
- Brand Development and Positioning: Define and articulate the brand identity, messaging, and value proposition to resonate with their target market.
- Brand Development and Positioning: Develop brand guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Digital Marketing and Online Presence: Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, PPC, SEO, and content marketing.

- Lead Generation and Conversion: Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract qualified prospects to their programs and offerings.

The Candidate
- Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles, with experience driving significant growth
- Experience of managing managers
- Ability to commute to Peterborough 5 times per week.
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques, with hands-on experience in campaign management and optimization.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content that resonates with target audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in marketing analytics and performance measurement tools.
- Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
