Head of Talent Acquisition at Third Space

We’re an established brand with an incredible reputation and we’re growing fast, with bold ambitions to expand from 13 to 32 clubs by 2030. To support this growth, we’re looking for a world class Head of Marketing to lead our high-performing team and drive digital innovation, member acquisition, and brand engagement across all channels.

This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of our digital strategy, CRM, events, and in-club marketing operations. You’ll lead a team of 10, including four senior direct reports, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns that reflect our premium brand and drive commercial success.

What You’ll Own

  • Own and evolve our digital marketing strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Optimise the website and member journey using Hubspot and analytics tools to drive quality leads and conversions.
  • Collaborate with CRM and IT teams to enhance online experiences and communications.

Drive Member Acquisition & Commercial Growth

  • Lead digital acquisition campaigns to drive traffic and convert leads.
  • Partner with Sales to identify new growth opportunities and create impactful sales collateral.

Support In-Club Operations & Retail

  • Oversee marketing operations across clubs, ensuring brand consistency and operational efficiency.
  • Lead retail strategy, seasonal campaigns, and product development in collaboration with club teams.
  • Manage the marketing calendar and content creation across channels.
  • Collaborate on event strategy to boost member engagement and brand awareness.
  • Lead, coach, and grow a talented marketing team.
  • Foster a culture of high challenge and high trust, aligned with our EVP.
  • Build strong relationships across departments and with external partners.

Own Budget & Performance

  • Plan and manage marketing budgets in collaboration with Finance and the CMO.
  • Track performance, optimise campaigns, and report on ROI.

About You

  • 8+ years in digital marketing, with a proven track record in strategy and execution.
  • Strong team leadership and stakeholder management.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (ideally Hubspot), Google Analytics, and digital ad tools.
  • Experience working with app development teams is a plus
  • Passionate about health and fitness.
  • Analytical, data-driven, and results-focused.
  • Excellent communicator and copywriter.
  • Organised, proactive, and confident working with senior stakeholders.
