Requirements:

• 2-6 years of hands-on experience in paid and unpaid acquisition for a consumer product

Responsibilities (ranked by priority):

• Analyze data to understand performance, identify trends, and report on key metrics (CAC, ROAS, CVR) to the founding team
• Create and execute ambassador program from scratch
• Develop and implement strategy for community to create UGC
• Manage influencer partnerships, propose, test, and optimize new strategies
• Strategize and execute social media content planning and publishing. Manage brand presence by actively engaging with comments across all channels
• Spearhead in-person show campaigns to drive brand awareness
• Plan and execute in-app campaigns and promos
• Own end-to-end paid ads, primarily on FB / IG
