This is an opportunity for an experienced B2B event marketer to take the lead on a series of events with the focus to drive delegate and sponsorship revenue. You will manage a small team and work closely with senior leadership to ensure high quality output on each campaign. If you're a current Head of Marketing or an experienced SMM looking for your next challenge with a background in managing, then this could be your next move. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end delivery of all event marketing campaigns, ensuring they are innovative, effective, and commercially driven Manage and mentor 2 direct reports, fostering development and high performance Take ownership of all marketing systems, data, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and optimization across platforms Work cross-functionally with all teams to ensure success and growth across all projects Requirements Proven B2B event marketing experience, ideally as a Head of Marketing or an experienced Senior Marketing Manager ready to step up Strong leadership experience, with a track record of managing and developing teams Demonstrable success in driving delegate acquisition and sponsorship revenue through marketing strategies Highly organized, proactive, and process-driven, with excellent stakeholder management skills
