Up to £110k plus wider package

Hybrid (2 days/week in Greater London)

We’re seeking a Head of Marketing (Interim – 6 Month FTC) to lead the campaign strategy and execution for one of the world’s most iconic FMCG brands. In this highly influential role, you'll shape the long-term brand experience vision and own the delivery of through-the-line, integrated campaigns.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end creative campaign development
• Build and manage relationships with top-tier creative, media, design, PR, and digital agencies
• Translate complex strategy into clear, inspiring creative briefs
• Influence 10+ cross-functional senior leaders across marketing, sales, innovation, consumer insights, and media globally
• Lead and develop a high-performing team and mentor emerging talent
• Live and breathe the brand vision acting as a key strategic and commercial brand owner in the business

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience Senior Marketing experience within a branded FMCG environment
• Excellent leadership experience across both people and strategies
• A portfolio of standout Masterbrand campaigns that have delivered strong business results
• Strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and a flair for turning insights into powerful storytelling
• A collaborative, resilient mindset and strong influencing skills to build consensus at all levels
• Experience managing multiple agencies and aligning global teams around a single, iconic brand vision
