We are looking for a proactive Head of Marketing to join the Marketing team in our Bristol or Bath office, supporting the wider business. As a law firm, we support our clients by providing a variety of advice, across several different industries. We are proud of the reputation we have built to date, both externally with our clients and referrers, as well as the inclusive culture and working environment we have across all our offices. To be our next Head of Marketing, you will need to demonstrate that you have the following experience:

  • Proven experience in professional services marketing, ideally within the legal sector.
  • A commercial mindset and ability to translate market insights into actionable strategy.
  • Deep understanding of the UK legal landscape and mid-market dynamics.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent communication, adaptability, and a results-oriented approach.
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and collaborative firm culture.

    • It’s important that you have experience of working in a client focused role, delivering exceptional client service at all times, that you’re organised, able to work at pace and deliver to multiple deadlines.
