Key Role Responsibilities

  • Develop & own the overall marketing strategy, aligning with business goals, positioning them in markets across equipment, services, financing, audiovisual, etc.
  • Lead brand building, messaging, and communications to ensure clarity, consistency and differentiation in a competitive digital transformation landscape.
  • Oversee demand‑generation: digital marketing, inbound/outbound campaigns, content, events, lead nurturing and acquisition.
  • Build, manage and mentor a high‑performing marketing team; set KPIs, budget, resources.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, Service, Finance and Operations to ensure marketing supports growth, retention, cross‑sell & upsell.
  • Monitor market trends, customer behaviour and competitive landscape; translate insights into actionable marketing tactics.
  • Measure ROI of all marketing activities; reporting, analytics, optimisation.

Key Attributes Required

  • Has substantial experience (typically 7‑10 years) in marketing leadership roles, ideally in B2B technology / digital transformation / professional services.
  • Has experience with integrated marketing: brand, digital, content, campaigns, events.
  • Strong commercial acumen: you understand how marketing drives revenue, pipeline, ROI, and how to prove it.
  • Skilled at strategic thinking, but also execution‑oriented; comfortable with both high‑level planning and being hands‑on when needed.
  • Excellent communication skills—both internally (cross‑functional teams) and externally.
  • Experience with modern marketing tools and channels: digital channels, marketing automation, analytics, CRM etc.
