Head of Marketing – Windsor, Berkshire | Office-Based
CTR Select is partnering with a growing organisation in Windsor to recruit an experienced Head of Marketing. This senior, newly created role offers full ownership of marketing direction, brand strategy, and campaign delivery, supporting ambitious growth plans and enhancing partner engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and implement marketing and brand strategy.
* Own brand positioning across all channels.
* Lead integrated campaigns: digital, content, PR, events, and partnerships.
* Collaborate with sales leadership to drive engagement, leads, and conversions.
* Manage a small marketing team and external agencies.
* Set KPIs, manage budgets, and track ROI.
* Oversee sponsorships and partnerships to maximise visibility.
Skills & Experience:
* Proven senior marketing experience delivering integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
* Strong brand leadership with commercial focus.
* Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and performance reporting.
* Confident stakeholder manager with team leadership experience.
* Strong digital marketing knowledge (Paid, SEO, content).
* Desirable: experience in financial services or regulated sectors.
