Head of Marketing

New Yesterday

Overview

Head of Marketing role for Camino Partners Ltd, London (Hybrid – 3 days in-office). Salary: £70,000 + Performance Bonus. Reports To: Director / Senior Leadership Team.

My client specialises in recruitment across Operations & Supply Chain. They have evolved their service offering and market focus and are seeking a strategic and hands-on marketing professional to help tell that story, build trust, drive inbound business, and position them as the recruiter of choice for both clients and talent.

The Opportunity

This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who can both shape strategy and execute. You will redefine brand positioning, improve communications with key audiences, and increase visibility in the markets served.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand & Positioning: Redefine and refine the brand and messaging to reflect recent market focus and service changes.
  • Develop a compelling employer brand to support recruitment of senior-level talent.
  • Audience Engagement: Create and manage a content strategy for LinkedIn that speaks to target clients in key industries (driving trust, credibility, and inbound leads) and senior recruitment talent.
  • Develop content and campaigns focused on value-add, not hard selling, such as industry news and analysis; talent insights and hiring trends.
  • Campaign & Content Execution: Plan and lead in-person events for Operations & Supply Chain professionals; launch and manage impactful video content campaigns; write and produce compelling written content (posts, blogs, reports, etc.).
  • Internal Enablement: Work closely with consultants to embed marketing into their workflow; deliver training and strategic support to ensure marketing becomes non-negotiable within the business.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in both marketing strategy and execution.
  • Strong B2B content creation skills — particularly in written and video formats.
  • Experience planning and managing events.
  • Excellent command of the English language and strong copywriting ability.
  • Collaborative and confident working with internal stakeholders.
  • Project management skills to handle multiple priorities and deliver on time.
  • A great cultural fit – proactive, positive, and ambitious.
  • Must be available to work in the office 3 days per week.
