Key Responsibilities in the Position of Head of Marketing
Lead the creation and delivery of a multi-channel marketing strategy to drive growth and strengthen brand positioning. Own and optimise the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation across performance and brand activity. Drive acquisition through paid channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube), optimising for ROAS, CAC, and LTV. Build and execute a retention strategy using CRM, email, SMS, and loyalty programmes. Collaborate with trading, operations, and product teams to align campaigns with launches and commercial goals. Develop engaging content and social strategies, leveraging influencers and community activity. Guide and mentor a small team while managing external agencies and partners. Analyse marketing performance, reporting on key KPIs and making data-driven recommendations. Identify new growth opportunities through emerging channels, partnerships, and market trends. Ensure all marketing activity supports customer lifetime value and long-term brand equity.
To be Considered for the position of Head of Marketing, you will offer:
Proven background in eCommerce and digital marketing within a consumer-facing businesses. Strong track record in performance marketing with a deep understanding of paid media, attribution, and optimisation. Commercially focused and data-driven, with experience delivering measurable growth. Hands-on with CRM, lifecycle marketing, and retention strategies.
