We’re working with a fast-growing sports business based in London, currently investing heavily in digital channels, to find their new Head of Marketing. With 99% of the current marketing budget allocated to performance, this is a unique opportunity to refine, scale, and optimise results-driven campaigns while shaping a more holistic brand and CRM strategy moving forward.

Responsibilities

  • Drive full-funnel marketing across website, branding, CRM, acquisition, and retention, working closely with product and commercial teams.
  • Own the marketing roadmap, manage agency relationships, and bring data-led thinking to improve ROI and lifetime value.
  • Lead digital performance channels (PPC, paid social, SEO) and use analytical capabilities to deliver measurable results.
  • Evolve the marketing mix as the business grows, helping build a more balanced approach that includes brand, content, and lifecycle marketing.
