What you’ll do

• Design and execute social media campaigns that drive awareness and attract engagement globally.
• Lead Synergy’s LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok strategy – creating scroll-stopping content.
• Be confident and comfortable appearing in video and photo content, representing Synergy across multiple platforms.
• Build our digital voice and visual identity to match our market-leading solutions.
• Track and analyse performance data, scaling up what works.

What we’re looking for

• A graduate or early-career marketer who’s hungry for an opportunity to shine.
• Charismatic, creative, and trend-aware – you know how to turn complex topics into engaging stories.
• Confident in content creation (video, reels, Canva, Adobe, or similar tools).
• A natural at spotting emerging social trends and leveraging them for brand growth.
