Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of all event marketing campaigns, ensuring they are innovative, effective, and commercially driven
  • Manage and mentor 2 direct reports, fostering development and high performance
  • Take ownership of all marketing systems, data, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and optimization across platforms
  • Work cross-functionally with all teams to ensure success and growth across all projects

Requirements

  • Proven B2B event marketing experience, ideally as a Head of Marketing or an experienced Senior Marketing Manager ready to step up
  • Strong leadership experience, with a track record of managing and developing teams
  • Demonstrable success in driving delegate acquisition and sponsorship revenue through marketing strategies
  • Highly organized, proactive, and process-driven, with excellent stakeholder management skills
