As Head of Marketing & Communications, you will be an exceptional communicator and influencer, able to translate ambitions and strategies into impactful campaigns. You will champion our brands, ensuring our vision and values are reflected in the way we connect with our target audiences. You will develop and deliver strategic, data-led marketing and communication campaigns that drive student recruitment and engagement. You will lead and inspire a talented team across marketing, digital, graphic design, events and school liaison activities to bring our brand to life across all channels and touchpoints. Lead the marketing and communications strategy to tell the College’s story, strengthen its reputation, and promote its successes. Translate ambitions and strategies into impactful campaigns across channels and audiences. champion our brands, ensuring our vision and values are reflected in communications with prospective students, staff, stakeholders, and communities. Develop and deliver strategic, data-led marketing and communication campaigns that drive student recruitment and engagement. Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team across marketing, digital, graphic design, events and school liaison activities. Ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints and channels.
Qualifications
Exceptional communication and influencing skills; able to translate strategy into practical campaigns. Strategic, creative, and collaborative leadership experience. Proven ability to lead and inspire teams across marketing, digital, design, events and stakeholder engagement. Experience delivering data-led marketing and campaigns that support recruitment and engagement.
