Your Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the marketing team, foster a collaborative and innovative environment, set clear goals, evaluate performance, and recruit and onboard team members.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Align marketing strategies with sales, product development, and other teams to support business objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across channels (email, social media, website, etc.).
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company objectives; conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
