Reporting directly to the executive team and working closely with our founders, you’ll directly shape how Beam shows up in the world.You’ll work across the entire customer journey—collaborating with sales, customer success, and product—to drive adoption, launch new features, and expand our impact. As Beam evolves from Magic Notes into a broader product suite, you’ll help us enter new verticals, grow our footprint with government partners, and bring new tools to life for users.This is a fast paced, broad and high impact role in a rapidly growing tech-for-good.You’ll be:Leading go-to-market strategy – from launching new products to sales enablement, you’ll work closely with Product, Customer Success, Support and Sales to bring new products to marketDriving demand across multiple channels – from PR to email, content and social, you’ll build and optimise campaigns that generate high-quality leadsOwning campaign funnels – you’ll work collaboratively to continually define our ideal customer profiles, and build dashboards that give us real-time insight into what’s workingRunning targeted lifecycle campaigns – you’ll segment audiences, A/B test ideas, and write sharp, tailored copy that speaks directly to our users in different verticalsEngaging users with vertical specific content - targeted lifecycle campaigns with engaging webinars, events and content will help our users get the most out of BeamSharing the Beam story – you’ll help us stand out with bold, clear, consistent messaging.
