Are you a creative and dynamic marketer with the skills to drive pupil recruitment and retention, ideally with experience in an independent school setting? Rowan Preparatory School is looking for a Head of Marketing & Admissions from October 2025, or as soon as possible thereafter.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced line manager to further develop their leadership skills in a forward-thinking and innovative prep school.

The closing date for applications is Sunday 12 October with interviews scheduled for Friday 17 October. Promising applicants may be interviewed on Tuesday 30 September, so we would recommend submitting your application as soon as possible.

About the school

Rowan Preparatory School is a warm and welcoming community in the beautiful village of Claygate. Professional standards are high, and we encourage ongoing training and personal development. The school is easily accessible from the A3, M3 and M25. The nearest train station is Claygate which is a 5-10 minute walk, with local bus services also available.
