And we’re delivering for consumers by providing them with products that address their holistic needs while delivering the demand for wellbeing benefits.**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**As Head of HR for Beauty & Wellbeing, you are seated at the very core of one of Unilever’s most disruptive and future-focused business groups. Beauty & Wellbeing is redefining the convergence of science, innovation, culture, and purpose—touching over a billion people every day. This role puts you three steps ahead, anticipating where the industry and organization must go, and architecting the workforce, culture, and capabilities that will get us there. We are creating our own Unilever sustainable, agile work environment, purposefully bringing us together in our own Unilever ecosystem.
