We are looking for a Highly Motivated & Hard-Working Head of Growth Marketing to join the team. As a Head of Growth Marketing, you will be at the heart of crafting data-driven forecasts and executing strategies that push our clients toward their goals. Your actions and initiatives resonate with the core values of CTC Global, covering the entire spectrum of CTC's Strategic Forecasting methods and the foundational principles of media acquisition. Your role extends past strategy to fostering strong client relationships by clearly communicating steps taken and results vs projections. This transparency builds trust and strengthens the connection between CTC and its clients, helping them navigate media buying and long-term growth planning. You stand as a representative and advocate for CTC's distinctive approach to media acquisition and its tools. You are held to a high standard; when you are involved, things will get accomplished. What Success Looks Like

  • Necessary skills and kickoff period: willingness to work hard, readiness for the hardest job, ability to take feedback fast, finish work with quality on time, perseverance, and learning from repetitive exercises.
  • Onboarding: align with Brain Trust, manage and work with pod teammates, organize and manage multiple tasks, maintain data integrity, execute Prophet system for clients, build Growth Forecasts and Growth Maps with data analysis.
  • Daily execution and actualisation vs the forecast; lead in obstacle situations; implement best practices; maintain quality and client-facing communication.
  • Contribute back to the system for feedback and continuous improvement.

Role Specific Responsibilities

  • Build campaigns using company structure and best practices; monitor campaigns and adjust budgets/strategy to hit daily projected targets.
  • Communicate with clients, provide daily performance updates, and ensure alignment across Strategy and Forecast.
  • Develop growth forecasts for clients and maintain ongoing client relationships with transparency.
  • Lead and collaborate with team members and under Joy Sharma to achieve growth objectives.

Next-Level Skills

  • Communication Skills: Fluent in English, persuasive messaging, emotional intelligence, strong presentations.
  • Data Analysis: Strong raw talent with familiarity in tools like Google Sheets and a willingness to learn.

Past Experience

  • Broad experience across domains (mathematics, data analytics, business ops, retail, finance, media buying, etc.).

Results

  • Merge Finance and Marketing to build forecasted strategies; achieve top-quality results for clients via Prophet system.
  • Maintain 5% delta accuracy, lead the team to high productivity, apply best media buying practices, ensure client satisfaction above benchmarks, hit deadlines and budgets.
