Mode Search is supporting an international luxury lifestyle brand in the search for a Head of Global Trade Marketing & Client Development. This strategic role is focused on driving global brand visibility and deepening client engagement across high-end retail environments and hospitality partners.
This is a full-time, in-office role based in Sloane Street, London. The position reports directly to the CEO and includes regular partner meetings across London throughout the week. The role will also require occasional international travel in support of global retail and marketing initiatives.
The Role
Develop and execute the global trade marketing calendar, including seasonal campaigns, retail animations, product launches, and VIP client initiatives Manage and optimise the global trade marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and forecasting aligned with brand priorities Lead negotiations with retail partners to secure premium visibility, activation opportunities, and uphold brand presentation standards Design and implement CRM-driven client development strategies to enhance loyalty, identify key client segments, and support boutique teams in high-touch engagement Coordinate with Retail and Digital departments to ensure a seamless, 360° client...
